Sacha was appointed as Greater Manchesters first ever
Night Time Economy Adviser. Chair of the Night Time
Industries Association and Honorary Fellow of The
Institute of Hospitality, he also co-founded The
Warehouse Project and Parklife - the UK’s largest
metropolitan festival.

music, including Snoop Dogg, Liam Gallagher and
Skepta.
In his role as Greater Manchester’s first-ever Night
Time Economy Adviser, Sacha worked with Mayor Andy
Burnham and the Greater Manchester Combined Authority,
consulting on all issues relating to the Night Time
Economy and providing a voice for workers, operators
and the industry at large.
Sacha Lord appointed JMW Solicitors in January of 2023
to start the process of forming The Sacha Lord
Foundation.
Headed up by his wife, Demi, the Foundation will support
young people from Greater Manchester, who like Sacha,
did not or could not go down the conventional education
route.
The Foundation will be focused on supporting and carving out careers in the Events or Hospitality sector. Charity Number: 1204808. It launches July 2026. More information coming soon…
The Parklife Community Fund is run in collaboration with
Manchester, Bury and Rochdale councils.
In 5 years, it has raised just under £300k for local
community groups and priority is given to groups and
projects that utilise parks and open spaces and/or work
with young people.
This is something that Sacha feels particularly proud of.
